Sakura's healing comes from her field skill. Neither listed technique is a direct healing move, so placing allies within her field matters more than simply waiting for her chakra to fill.
Her Long normal range and Long-circle ninjutsu offer reach, while her secret technique uses a Mid cone. Check the new targeting shape before spending eight chakra.
Her low base health makes positioning important. Use range and a suitable buddy to support her, then compare the team's survival over several turns rather than only its strongest attack.
