Using this form
Sasuke's normal attacks have Short range, while Fire Ball Jutsu covers a Mid rectangle. Aim using the technique's targeting area rather than his normal attack circle.
Sharingan is a self-buff, not an instant damaging ultimate. Choose it when later turns can benefit from the attack increase, rather than expecting it to finish an enemy immediately.
