The secret technique buffs Lee rather than delivering an immediate hit. Primary Lotus is his direct single-target technique, with a targeting area larger than his Short normal range.

His buddy critical bonus is a rate multiplier, not a guaranteed critical hit and not a 2.25x multiplier to every attack. Treat it as one part of a team rather than a damage promise.
