Using this form

Palm Sage Jutsu is a four-chakra healing technique that restores 3,150 health to one ally inside its Long circle. It does not damage enemies, and its Long targeting area is separate from Sakura's Mid normal range.

Her eight-chakra secret technique deals area damage in a Mid cone, with a 50% chance of immobilization for two turns. Plan for enemies that resist or avoid the effect instead of relying on it to stop every attack.

Sakura's field lowers immobilization chance, her buddy skill restores 150 health, and the Skill sync restores 75 health each turn. Compare those support conditions with the ally who needs healing before choosing her front or buddy position.
